Hot-dip Galvanizied
Hot-dip galvanizing involves submerging steel or iron into a bath of molten zinc, typically heated to around 450°C. The zinc bonds to the metal, forming a protective layer that resists corrosion. This process provides durable, long-lasting protection ideal for outdoor and harsh environments.
Powder Coated
Powder coating is a finishing process where a dry powder (typically polyester or epoxy) is applied to a metal surface using an electrostatic charge. The coated piece is then heated in an oven, where the powder melts and forms a hard, durable, and smooth finish resistant to corrosion and wear.
